Hi! I’m Stephanie Sandleben, a movement educator, yoga teacher, trained postpartum doula and a Functional Medicine Health Coach with over 20 years of experience.
I offer 1:1 personalized pelvic floor care along with teaching Perinatal and Hatha yoga classes and therapeutic workshops for pelvic floor health, which you can book below.
My love for yoga began as a teenager growing up in Prescott, Arizona. Nurtured by hippie parents—a Kripalu-inspired Yogini and Sufi Sheikh—it grew into a lifelong passion that took root in New York City, flourished in the Bay Area and now, life has come full circle, back to Prescott.
My classes are soulful, subtle, deep and thoughtfully sequenced so that you leave feeling grounded and invigorated.

Pelvic Floor and Core Care 6-week Yoga Series
Tuesdays 6 - 7:30 pm

For all bodies and levels, postpartum and beyond welcome
Whether you’ve given birth or are struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction or simply curious—this body positive 6-week yoga series will focus on a whole-body approach to pelvic floor and core health.
Join pelvic floor yoga therapist, Stephanie Sandleben for this in-depth and science-backed approach to pelvic floor health—including breath awareness, therapeutic yoga postures, functional movement and guided compassion meditations.
Each class will include a brief anatomy mapping and discussion along with movement dedicated to exploring and stabilizing your center.
This series is open to all-levels of yoga practitioners and limited to 8 students, This allows for extensive personal attention so that each participant can cultivate tools for self-assessment and awareness. The sequences covered will specifically address the core and pelvic floor and are tailored to the needs of each student. Each class will build on the previous session so full attendance is encouraged.

Prenatal Yoga

For all trimesters
Prenatal Yoga is a way to ground, connect and alleviate common aches and pains that occur during pregnancy. Each class explores the dynamic of effort and surrender, preparing the body for childbirth through pelvic floor awareness, cultivating resilience and nervous system regulation. All-levels are welcome and expect trauma-informed instruction.

Postnatal Yoga
Wednesdays 6 - 7:15 pm
For all trimesters
Postnatal Yoga focuses on the time period of 6-weeks to 5 years postpartum and is specifically designed with the needs of moms and new parents in mind. This class is a gentle re-introduction to your core, pelvic floor and postpartum body that is grounded in body neutrality and positivity. All-levels welcome and expect trauma-informed instruction.
